TECHNICAL
APTITUDE: Over 15 years in IT related positions. Maintained a

hardware failures, etc), and upgraded (e.g. RAM, hard drives, video cards,
etc) Macintosh workstations. Have worked with workstations including but
not limited to G5 and G4 models running OS X server and client.
(PC) Maintained and updated an NT domain of 12 servers on Netscape’s
Suitespot server application suite. Installed and maintained Windows NT
4.0 servers and & Windows 2000 Professional workstations. Managed
a Windows 2000 Advanced Server running Websense Content Filtering Server.
Intermediate administration skills on Meridian Norstar PBX for 100 numbers
and voice mailboxes.
SOFTWARE: Microsoft Office and Creative suites from Adobe
and Macromedia (MX and 2004.) Antivirus and disk repair software programs,

LAN: Determined and implemented optimum network settings
for LANs. Maintained a multi-platform LAN in excess of 200 nodes in a
30,000 square foot campus. Deployed 802.11b/g compliant WLAN for a 30,000
square foot campus to encourage a flexible work environment and successful
curriculum integration.
TRAINING: Developed training division for a Bay Area
computing consulting firm. Developed lesson plans and training sessions
for faculty to better integrate technology solutions into the academic
and arts curriculum. Conducted classes for educators, students, and clients
on Office and Graphics applications.
COMMUNICATION: Extensive experience translating complicated
computer terminology to layman’s terms. Served as editor and publisher
